Draft – not in force yet. The final text is published at launch.
Version: 2026-10-08 (draft) · Applies from: 2026-10-11
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and the operator of PIP Trading. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, the Partner Disclosure, the Cookie and Storage Notice and the Community Rules.
1. Who we are#
PIP Trading ("PIP", "we", "us") is operated by Kasandra Technologies, 1032 East Brandon Boulevard, Florida, USA. You can reach us at support@kasandra.app.
2. What PIP is – and what it is not#
PIP is a trading education community. With a PIP account you can use, depending on your status:
- the Academy: lessons, quizzes, level tests and certificates;
- the Living Room, the community area: live rooms, crews, questions and answers, announcements and a learning board (some parts may open later);
- the Kasandra scanner inside PIP, a partner product that shows market levels and setups as information;
- PIP Kuhinja, a chart where you combine textbook indicators into a "recipe" and test it on past candles;
- your member home, invite links and, for appointed marketers, a marketer dashboard.
PIP is not a broker or an investment firm. We do not hold your money, we do not execute trades, we do not manage accounts and we do not give investment advice or personal recommendations. The Kasandra scanner shows setups found by its rules (some screens call them "signals"); they are general information, the same for every user, not advice to you. PIP does not currently offer copy trading; if such a service is ever offered, it will come with its own terms.
3. Who may use PIP#
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for checking that using PIP, and trading leveraged products, is allowed where you live.
- Some content and offers are not available in every country or language. In Japanese, Turkish and Vietnamese, PIP shows no broker promotions (see the Notice for the Japanese, Turkish and Vietnamese pages).
4. Your account#
- Give true and complete details when you sign up (name, e-mail, country, phone, Telegram, and WhatsApp if you add it) and keep them up to date.
- One personal account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- Keep your password secret. PIP will never ask for your PIP password or for the password of your broker account.
- You must confirm your e-mail address before you can log in.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at support@kasandra.app if you think someone else has used it. You can log out of every device yourself in your account settings.
- We may check sign-ups for duplicates and misuse (see the Privacy Policy, section 3) and may hold, correct or close accounts that break these Terms.
5. Free trial#
- A new account gets a 3-day free trial. It starts when you confirm your e-mail address. No payment card is needed.
- We decide which parts of PIP are open during the trial and show this in the app (for example the first Academy levels, the delayed scanner demo and the community).
- When the trial ends, access is reduced to what is open for expired accounts. Your Academy progress and certificates are kept.
6. Full membership#
- PIP is free for members. There is no subscription and no monthly fee, and we never ask for a payment card. Partner brokers may pay PIP a commission when members trade with them (see the Partner Disclosure).
- Today, full membership is unlocked by verifying a trading account with one of our partner brokers: you open the account through a PIP link and send us its account number (Broker UID) from your account page. We check it against the partner broker's reports.
- We grant access for a period we choose (your account page shows the end date) or without an end date. We may refuse or reject a request, for example when the account cannot be confirmed. After repeated rejected numbers, a new one needs our support.
- Opening a broker account is your own decision. Your relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms, fees and rules; PIP is not a party to it. Read the Partner Disclosure.
- We may also give a premium status or extra access at our discretion.
7. The Kasandra scanner#
- The scanner is a partner product shown inside PIP. It is provided "as is" for information and education.
- Live access is for full members and PIP marketers who meet the requirements we set (today: passing the ŠTIT risk level in the Academy), and for PIP staff (the owner and admins). Everyone else who is logged in sees a delayed demo (currently 30 minutes behind). Some scanner views have no demo.
- Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the scanner may be unavailable at times. Setups (shown in the scanner as "signals", with entry, stop and target levels) are general information produced automatically by the scanner's rules, the same for everyone. They are not personal advice. You decide every trade.
- You may not copy, scrape, automate, resell or redistribute scanner data or screens.
8. PIP Kuhinja#
- PIP Kuhinja runs in your browser. Your recipes, drawings and settings are saved on your device only, unless you export them or share a recipe code yourself. PIP Kuhinja shows live prices for members with an approved broker account and the same candles 30 minutes delayed during the trial and while the broker account is pending or expired.
- A "taste test" uses past candles only. Its results are hypothetical and do not show what would happen in a real account. See the Risk Disclosure.
9. Academy and certificates#
- Lesson quizzes and level tests are scored by our server. A certificate confirms that you passed a PIP level test on a given date. It is not a professional qualification, licence or proof that you can trade profitably.
- Anyone with a certificate code can check it on our certificate page. It shows your first name and the initial of your last name (or "PIP member" if you hide your name), the level and the date.
- We may cancel results and certificates obtained by cheating or by misuse of the tests. When an account is erased, its certificates stop verifying.
10. Community and your content#
- Follow the Community Rules. We moderate the community: filters hide contact details and links and hold some posts for a check; the team can publish, hide or delete posts and pause posting for an account.
- You keep the rights in what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show, moderate and keep your posts inside PIP for as long as they are on PIP.
- Do not post anything you have no right to share, other people's personal data, trade calls, profit claims or anything illegal.
- Live rooms run on third-party services (for example YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet or Telegram). When you join, their terms and privacy rules apply.
11. Invite links and the marketer program#
- Every confirmed member has a personal invite link. We record who invited whom and through which link.
- Do not create fake accounts, invite yourself, buy sign-ups or spam people. Flagged sign-ups (for example possible self-referrals) are held and do not count until we check them.
- The marketer role is given by PIP only. Marketers follow these Terms, the Partner Disclosure and the marketer rules: the rules in the Marketer dashboard and the Terms of Use. Marketers must not promise profits, give trade calls, make misleading claims or contact people who asked not to be contacted, and must follow the law and the partner brokers' rules where they promote.
12. Acceptable use#
You must not:
- share your account or let others use it;
- copy, scrape or download PIP content or data in bulk, or use bots or scripts against PIP;
- try to bypass access rules, limits or security, or reverse-engineer PIP;
- resell PIP, or reuse our lessons, diagrams, quizzes or tools in another course, community or product;
- pretend to be PIP staff, a captain or a marketer;
- harass people, post illegal content, or use PIP to sell signals, account management or other financial services.
13. Intellectual property#
PIP's lessons, diagrams, quizzes, design, logo, names and software belong to Kasandra Technologies or its licensors. The Kasandra scanner belongs to its provider Kasandra Technologies. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while you have an account. All other rights are reserved.
14. No advice – your decisions#
Everything on PIP is general education and information. Nothing on PIP is investment, financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You decide every trade and you are solely responsible for your decisions and their results. Read the Risk Disclosure.
15. Availability and changes to PIP#
PIP is in development. We may add, change, pause or remove features, content and access rules. We do not promise that PIP or any part of it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Ending your account#
- You may stop using PIP at any time. To have your account erased, write to support@kasandra.app (see the Privacy Policy for what is kept and why).
- We may pause or end your access, or close your account, if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, if a broker account cannot be confirmed, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
17. Liability#
- PIP is provided "as is" and "as available".
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for decisions you make based on PIP content or tools, for the acts of brokers or other third parties, or for delays, errors or outages of data or services.
- Our total liability to you is limited to USD 100.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
18. Privacy#
How we use personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to these Terms#
We may update these Terms. The version and date are shown at the top. We will tell you in the app and by e-mail to registered members before important changes take effect. New sign-ups accept the version shown on the sign-up form.
20. Law and disputes#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes go to the courts of the State of Florida, USA, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
21. Language#
These Terms may be shown in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
